Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your financial institution may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will work quickly to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund when applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or promotional reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to help locate the shipment.
